How close is Tidewater to the beach?
Roughly a 5-minute drive or a comfortable bike ride to the public access points along Atlantic Beach — or about a 20–25 minute walk. The property sits on Jimmy Buffett Memorial Highway, in the heart of Atlantic Beach proper.
What rent can I expect?
One-bedrooms start around $1,289/month and two-bedrooms around $1,589/month, based on current availability. The availability page always shows live pricing.
How close is Naval Station Mayport?
Less than 3 miles — about a 5-minute drive. Tidewater is a popular home base for Mayport families.
What schools serve the area?
Duval County Public Schools; families here typically attend Atlantic Beach Elementary, Mayport Middle, and Fletcher High. Verify current attendance zones with the district before signing.
Is Tidewater pet friendly?
Yes — there’s even a dog park on site. All pets are registered and approved through an independent screening process before move-in. Approved pets are subject to a $20/month fee per pet plus a one-time non-refundable pet fee.
What are your business hours?
Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM.
How do I pay rent or request maintenance?
Both through the resident portal. For maintenance: from the Home or Maintenance tab, click Request Maintenance, describe the issue, add photos, grant entry permission, and submit.
